We used Virtuous Boss as an intervention program during the school day for our 2nd and 3rd grade students and it has been an absolute game-changer. Their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the success of our students have truly made a profound impact. With their guidance and personalized approach, our students have not only shown remarkable improvement in their reading skills but have also regained confidence and a love for learning. Their patience, encouragement, and innovative teaching methods have created a nurturing and supportive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed. This entrepreneurship class is filled with challenges and it tests your knowledge! It has brought me out of my comfort zone and has made me much more comfortable with public speaking.

We had the wonderful experience  of Mrs McCullough Robbs prestigious and well-organized Virtuous  Boss Entrepreneur class, when placing our 9th Grader Josiah in her course. Mrs. MCcullough Robbs introduced  students to several concepts of entrepreneurship where we noticed an increased desire for learning and  business development in our son. Often and most honorably noted throughout the course was Mrs. McCullough Robbs ability to motivate each student to their optimal potential both as entrepreneurs and scholars. She further motivates by involving and updating parents as it relates to material and  noted potential. This course has greatly exceeded our expectations, and look forward to further learning opportunities offered by Virtuous Boss.

This year’s entrepreneurship class has been a major experience for me. It has given me great exposure to the world of business. One of the elements of this class that gave me exposure was the business pitch competition at the end of the year. This gave me the opportunity to pitch my idea in front of judges. It taught how to give a presentation. This is only one of the amazing things I learned in this entrepreneurship class.

Our school community has greatly benefited from their commitment to flexibility and client-centered approach. In particular, I would like to shine a light on Mrs. Courtney's superb organizational skills. Her professional, hardworking team never failed to meet our needs in an efficient and considerate manner. 

When it came to the afterschool programming, which is such a crucial part of our educational system, they adeptly provided guidance and patience to our students. Beneficially, we also had the luck of having their expertise for our parent family engagement initiatives. 

The seamless administration and high level of organization in all given tasks have been a constant feature of Virtuous Boss's work. So far, their performance has exceeded expectations and we unquestionably plan to continue our partnership in the succeeding school year.

Working with Courtney and Virtuous Boss this year has been a pleasure. Virtuous Boss was contracted to host 3 of our parent engagement nights and, each time, families and staff have had only great things to say. What I appreciate about Virtuous Boss is that they offer interesting and varied topics that are applicable to parents, staff and the community. The staff that works alongside with Courtney are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Courtney is a great communicator and very flexible. It is obvious that she takes her services seriously and wants to make sure the client and target audiences are pleased. Virtuous Boss has made such an impression on my school community and myself that she will always be in the conversation when inviting vendors back. Kudos to Virtuous Boss!

Courtney did absolutely amazing. I didn't have a clue what to expect at first. But it was really well thought out. You really put effort into this and I can tell. I really am glad I came and I would attend again. Everything that was said/done in that room was left there and I love that. I love you! 

This brunch just really inspired me to actually get started on what I want to do. Too many times we know what we want to do but the acting part always gets mixed up for some reason. But seeing Courtney do her thing really did inspire me.

Using scriptures to explain what GOD has planned for us was priceless. The way info was presented allowed participants to grasp the concept being presented but left them wanting further explanation and elaboration. I look forward to getting concrete ways to move forward, using GOD's word to reach my full potential. I enjoyed the sessions. You have a gift of keeping the energy level upbeat and I liked that you had resources and scripture for each section.

I truly enjoyed the overall experience. It was inspiring and motivating and was a necessary refresher on what God's promises are. I laughed, cried, was convicted and inspired. I left wanting to brainstorm about business ideas as I haven't really truly put thought into what I want to do.

It was great and I am looking forward to what comes from this event.

This event was useful. I love seeing women link up to discuss valuable information. I felt the information provided was nothing but the Truth, God’s Truth.

This brunch provided me with the motivation to begin recording my ideas for my business. What stood out to me the most was to always embed God’s word in my work.

The energy in the room was amazing. I have never felt so comfortable to express my ideas for my entrepreneurial endeavors. I felt protected and like I was supposed to be at the brunch at the time I was. It sparked something in me. I think differently. It's on me to use the tools.

I was blown away by this experience. The information was great and the resources provided were a great touch to help get us motivated. I didn’t know what to expect walking into the Virtuous Boss Brunch but once I arrived the ambiance itself comforted me. It was beautiful! Courtney was a phenomenal host and very refreshing to listen to. Her testimony and vision behind the brunch inspired me to really trust God and know that what He has deposited in me can and will come to fruition. The atmosphere was peaceful and truly felt like a nonjudgmental zone. Every lady who shared where they are now and their dreams really inspired me to think bigger.  I can’t wait to attend more of these events.

Attending the Virtuous Boss Brunch lit a fire under me to get to work with building my business while staying in line with God’s purpose for my life.

Enjoyed seeing the resources (books, devotions, songs) that I can tap into for further study/worship. I feel more empowered to make requests to God concerning my business. I feel more assured that God can fulfill my purpose in a business that may already be sought after by many.

Immediately after the workshop, I spent several hours reviewing and researching ideas for my own business. I plan to attend future workshops to gain additional knowledge and encouragement to move forward.
